Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
सप्तावरान् सप्त परान् पितृस्तेभ्यश्व ये परे । पुमांस्तारयते गज्जां वीक्ष्य स्पृष्टवावगाहु च
saptāvarān sapta parān pitṝs tebhyaś ca ye pare | pumāṁs tārayate gaṅgāṁ vīkṣya spṛṣṭvā avagāhya ca ||
成就者说道：仅仅瞻见恒河，触及其水，并在其中沐浴，人便成为其家族得度的因缘——上溯七代祖先、下及七代子孙，乃至超越其数的先辈与后裔亦得解脱。
