युधिछिर उवाच पित्र्यं वाप्यथवा दैवं दीयते यत्‌ पितामह । एतदिच्छाम्यहं ज्ञातुं दत्त केषु महाफलम्‌

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |

pitryaṃ vāpy athavā daivaṃ dīyate yat pitāmaha |

etad icchāmy ahaṃ jñātuṃ datta keṣu mahāphalam ||

Translation

尤狄湿提罗说道：“祖父啊，无论是为祖先祭祀而施与，还是作为供奉诸天之供养，我愿明白这一点：此等布施，施与何等受者，方能得最广大之果报？”
