उदितास्तमितो यश्व तथैवास्तमितोदित: । अहिंस्नश्वाल्पदोषश्न स राजन्‌ केतनक्षम:

Transliteration

uditāstamito yaśva tathaivāstamitoditaḥ | ahiṁsnaś cālpadoṣaś ca sa rājan ketanakṣamaḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“大王啊，一位婆罗门在世间的荣辱起伏——时而显达，时而衰落，又复显达——却不伤害一切有情众生；即便有些微过失，也应当被邀请参加施罗陀（śrāddha）祭仪。”
