Aṣṭāvakra’s Visit to Kubera: Hospitality, Temptation, and the Ethics of Restraint (अष्टावक्र-वैश्रवणोपाख्यानम्)
ततः प्रणम्य शिरसा इदं वचनमन्रुवम् । यदि प्रीतो महादेवो भक्त्या परमया प्रभु:
tataḥ praṇamya śirasā idaṁ vacanam abruvam | yadi prīto mahādevo bhaktyā paramayā prabhuḥ ||
于是我俯首顶礼而言：“若大天（Mahādeva）因我至上之奉爱而欢喜，噢，伊舍那（Īśāna），愿我对汝之坚固信奉，日日不绝，恒常不移。”主湿婆答曰：“如是。”言毕，即于彼处隐没不现。
