风神说道:凡听闻(主之赞颂)、令他人听闻,并宣说其名者——恒常颂扬祂、而自身亦成可颂之信众——内心常得满足,并且欢喜。
वायुदेव उवाच
Devotional practice expressed through hearing, reciting, and discussing the Lord’s praise refines character and yields lasting contentment and joy. The verse presents devotion as an ethical discipline of mind and speech that culminates in inner satisfaction (tuṣṭi) and delight (ramaṇa).
Vāyudeva is describing the state and reward of devotees of Śiva (Bhava): those who engage in listening to His praise, making others hear it, and speaking about Him—while continually praising—become themselves worthy of praise and live in sustained satisfaction and rejoicing.
