Transliteration

rajjayasva prajāḥ sarvāḥ prakṛtīḥ parisāntvaya | suhṛdaḥ phala-satkārair arcayasva yathāhataḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩波耶那说：“当使一切臣民安悦而忠顺；当抚慰并调和诸大臣及国之诸要素。对善意相助之人，当依其功德，以果品之赠与恭敬之款待，予以相称的礼敬。”
