अधीत्य नीतिशास्त्राणि नीतियुक्तो न दृश्यते । अनभिशनज्ञश्न साचिव्यं गमित: केन हेतुना
adhītya nītiśāstrāṇi nītiyukto na dṛśyate | anabhiśanajñaḥ sacivyaṃ gamitaḥ kena hetunā ||
尤提士提罗说道:“即便研读了治国与伦理的论典,也未必见得此人真正为正行所导;反过来,有时不通政略之人却被擢升为大臣。这究竟因何而起?”
युधिछिर उवाच
