यांश्व घोरेण रूपेण पश्येत् क्रुद्ध/ पिनाकधृत् | न सुरा नासुरा लोके न गन्धर्वा न पन्नगा:
yāṁś ca ghoreṇa rūpeṇa paśyet kruddhaḥ pinākadhṛt | na surā nāsurā loke na gandharvā na pannagāḥ ||
凡被执持“毗那迦”神弓之主在震怒时、以可怖形相所注视者,世间无有能立于其前者:非天神,非阿修罗,非乾闼婆,亦非龙蛇之族。
वायुदेव उवाच
All classes of beings—divine, demonic, celestial, or serpentine—are powerless before the supreme Lord when His wrath manifests; ethically, it warns against arrogance and wrongdoing that invite destructive consequences.
Vāyudeva is describing the overwhelming, fearsome potency of the Pināka-bearing Lord (Śiva/Rudra): if He looks upon someone in anger in His terrible form, no being in the world—gods, asuras, Gandharvas, or nāgas—can withstand it.
