athāgamya mahārāja namaskṛtya ca kaśyapam | pṛthivī kāśyapī jajñe sutā tasya mahātmanaḥ ||
大王啊!其后,大地自梵天界归来,前来礼拜迦叶波圣者,遂生为彼大德之女。自此,她便得名“迦叶毗(Kāśyapī)”。

The verse highlights dharmic humility and proper relationship: even the Earth is portrayed as honouring a worthy sage through reverence (namaskāra) and accepting a rightful identity (as Kaśyapa’s daughter), suggesting that stability and legitimacy arise from respect for spiritual authority and cosmic order.
Arjuna narrates that the Earth returns, bows to the sage Kaśyapa, and becomes his daughter; consequently she receives the epithet ‘Kāśyapī,’ indicating her association with Kaśyapa.
