प्रजापतिकृतानेताललोकान्‌ दिव्येन तेजसा । वसन्ति सर्वलोकेषु प्रयता: सर्वकर्मसु

prajāpatikṛtān etāl lokān divyena tejasā | vasanti sarvalokeṣu prayatāḥ sarvakarmasu ||

毗湿摩说:“在生主(Prajāpati)所造的一切世界中,这些存在凭其神圣光辉而居;并以自持与清净之意,观察并统摄各界众生的一切行为。”
