Transliteration

prajāpatikṛtān etāl lokān divyena tejasā | vasanti sarvalokeṣu prayatāḥ sarvakarmasu ||

Translation

毗湿摩说：“在生主（Prajāpati）所造的一切世界中，这些存在凭其神圣光辉而居；并以自持与清净之意，观察并统摄各界众生的一切行为。”
