Transliteration

udīrṇaḥ sarvataś-cakṣuḥ anīśaḥ śāśvata-sthiraḥ | bhūśayaḥ bhūṣaṇaḥ bhūtiḥ viśokaḥ śoka-nāśanaḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩说：祂是至上尊者——遍观十方，不受任何主宰所制，恒常安住而不变。祂曾卧于大地；祂庄严世界；是一切福祉与神威的根基；自身离忧，而能为忆念祂者灭除忧苦。
