श्रीमहेश्वर उवाच मेध्यान्वेषी महीं कृत्स्नां विचराम्यनिशं सदा । न च मेध्यतरं किंचित्‌ श्मशानादिह लक्ष्यते

śrīmaheśvara uvāca medhyānveṣī mahīṃ kṛtsnāṃ vicarāmy aniśaṃ sadā | na ca medhyataraṃ kiṃcit śmaśānād iha lakṣyate ||

圣摩诃湿伐罗说道:“爱者啊!为寻求真正能净化之物,我昼夜不息,遍行大地。然而在此,我看不见有任何地方比火葬场更为净化。”
