Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
kṣaṇena himavān sarvaḥ prakṛtisthaḥ sudarśanaḥ | prahṛṣṭa-vihaṅgaiś caiva supuṣpita-vanadrumaḥ ||
The verse highlights the auspicious, harmonizing effect of a higher presence: disorder or disturbance is swiftly restored to prakṛti (natural order), and the environment responds with beauty and joy—suggesting that dharmic power brings balance, clarity, and flourishing.
Nārada describes a sudden transformation: the whole Himālaya becomes restored to its original condition and appears splendid; birds begin joyful calls, and the forest trees bloom, marking a moment of renewed vitality and auspiciousness.
