ताक्ष सप्तकपालेन देवैरन्या: प्रवर्तिता: । ततः पानीयमभवत्‌ प्रसन्ने >यम्बके भुवि

Transliteration

tākṣa saptakapalena devair anyāḥ pravartitāḥ | tataḥ pānīyam abhavat prasanne tryambake bhuvi ||

Translation

婆苏提婆说道：“往昔，因大天之怒，水被毁灭；众天便以鲁陀罗为主，发动‘七颅钵祭’以另求水源。其后，唯有三眼主特里安巴迦（湿婆）欢喜之时，大地之上才有可饮之水。”
