Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
यावच्छशाड्कधवलामलबद्धमौलि- न प्रीयते पशुपतिर्भगवान् ममेश: । तावज्जरामरणजन्मशताभिषघातै- दुःखानि देहविहितानि समुद्गह्यामि
yāvac chaśāṅkadhavalāmalabaddhamauli na prīyate paśupatir bhagavān mameśaḥ | tāvaj jarāmaraṇajanmaśatābhighātaiḥ duḥkhāni dehavihitāni samudgṛhyāmi ||
婆苏提婆说：“只要蒙福的兽主帕舒帕提——我至上的主宰——其顶髻系着皎洁无瑕、如月光般明净的半月冠，尚未欢喜，我便仍将背负此身之苦：那是由生、老、死反复轮回所施加的百般重击而生。”
