किमर्थ पितरस्तस्य कव्यमेव च भुड्जते । इसी प्रकार यदि गुरुजनोंकी आज्ञाके अनुसार मध्यम पिण्ड पत्नी ही खाती है तो उसके पितर किस प्रकार उस पिण्डका उपभोग करते हैं?
kimarthaṁ pitaras tasya kavyam eva ca bhuñjate |
神圣的使者说道：“为何那人的祖灵（Pitṛ）只享用祭祖的供献（kavya）？又同样地，若依长者之命，中间那团祭食（piṇḍa）由妻子亲自食用，那么他的祖先又将以何种方式享受那一团祭食呢？”
