सदा द्वादशमासान्‌ वै सत्यव्रतपरायण: । तस्य लोका: शुभा दिव्या देवराजर्षिपूजिता:

Transliteration

sadā dvādaśa-māsān vai satya-vrata-parāyaṇaḥ | tasya lokāḥ śubhā divyā deva-rāja-ṛṣi-pūjitāḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩说：若有人终其十二个月坚定奉持真实之誓，便能到达吉祥而神圣的诸世界——为诸天、王圣者（rāja-ṛṣi）与天仙圣者（deva-ṛṣi）所尊崇礼敬的境界。其伦理旨趣在于：长久以戒誓之形守护真实，便成为通向崇高灵性成就与至上荣誉的直接因缘。
