धृतराष्ट उवाच निर्मुक्ता: सर्वसंगैयें कृतात्मानो यतव्रता: । अध्यात्मयोगसंस्थानैर्युक्ता: स्वर्गगतिं गता:

dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca

nirmuktāḥ sarvasaṅgaiḥ kṛtātmāno yatavratāḥ |

adhyātmayogasaṃsthānaiḥ yuktāḥ svargagatiṃ gatāḥ ||

持国说道:“噢,大圣仙!唯有具萨埵之性者——离一切执著,能制其心,严守誓戒,安住于内证之智与瑜伽行——既得升天之道,方能往至功德所成的梵天世界、圣净的梵界。于彼处,你将不能见到持国。”
