स ऋषीन्‌ वाहयामास वरदानमदान्वित: । परिहीणक्रियश्वैव दुर्बलत्वमुपेयिवान्‌

Transliteration

sa ṛṣīn vāhayāmāsa varadānamadānvitāḥ | parihīṇakriyaś caiva durbalatvam upeyivān |

Translation

毗湿摩说道：他因所获恩赐而生的傲慢而迷醉，竟令诸圣仙为其抬舆。由此他背离了正当的宗教行持与既定的职责，遂陷入衰弱——失却了由达摩而来的力量。
