Householder Duties and Daily Offerings
इस प्रकार बलि समर्पण करके ब्राह्मणको विधिपूर्वक भिक्षा दे। यदि ब्राह्मण न मिले तो अन्नमेंसे थोड़ा-सा अग्रग्रास निकालकर उसका अग्निमें होम कर दे ।।
yadā śrāddhaṃ pitṛbhyo 'pi dātum icchet mānavaḥ | tadā paścāt prakurvīta nivṛtte śrāddhakarmaṇi ||
如是献毕巴利之后，当依仪施舍于婆罗门；若不得婆罗门，则从食物中取少许最先之分，于火中作护摩而献。若人亦欲为祖灵（Pitṛ）行施罗陀（śrāddha），当于其后为之——须待主要的施罗陀仪轨既已如法完成，然后方可举行。
