Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
ये पृथिव्यां समुद्भूता राजानो युद्ध दुर्मदा: । महात्मानो यदूनां च ये जाता विपुले कुले
vaiśampāyana uvāca | ye pṛthivyāṃ samudbhūtā rājāno yuddha-durmadāḥ | mahātmāno yadūnāṃ ca ye jātā vipule kule |
毗湿摩耶那说道：“凡在大地上兴起、沉醉于战狂的诸王，以及生于广大夜度族系的诸位大心勇士——关于这一切人，我已阐明其真实本性与来历。此‘分身降世’之说，当以不挑过失之心聆听；它能带来富饶、名望、子嗣、长寿与胜利。”
