Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
प्रत्यूचु: सहिता: सर्वे ताराधिपमपूजयन् । एवं ते कथितं राजंस्तव जन्म पितु: पितु:
pratyūcuḥ sahitāḥ sarve tārādhipam apūjayan | evaṃ te kathitaṃ rājan tava janma pituḥ pituḥ |
毗湿摩波耶那说：诸天众神同声应允，齐来礼敬群星之主——月神。是故，大王，我已向你叙述你父之父的诞生缘起——显明王族血脉之延续，背后有神明的许可与对宇宙秩序的敬畏为凭。
