तदेतददभुतं ब्रह्मज्छा्डकाणामनामयम्‌ | कीर्तयस्वाग्निसम्मर्दे कथं ते न विनाशिता:

Transliteration

tad etad adbhutaṁ brahma śāṇḍakānām anāmayam | kīrtayasva agni-sammarde kathaṁ te na vināśitāḥ ||

Translation

阇那मे阇耶说道：“婆罗门啊，此事真是奇异：那些娑难陀迦竟安然无恙。请你叙说，在那大火的碾压般动荡之中，他们为何未被毁灭？”
