समन्तपञ्चक-आख्यानम् तथा अक्षौहिणी-प्रमाणनिर्णयः

किर्मीरस्य वधश्चात्र भीमसेनेन संयुगे | वृष्णीनामागमश्चात्र पज्चालानां च सर्वश:,इसी पर्वमें यह कथा है कि युद्धमें भीमसेनने किर्मीरको मार डाला। पाण्डवोंके पास वृष्णिवंशी और पांचाल आये। पाण्डवोंने उन सबके साथ वार्तालाप किया

kirmīrasya vadhaś cātra bhīmasenena saṁyuge | vṛṣṇīnām āgamaś cātra pāñcālānāṁ ca sarvaśaḥ ||

此处叙述:战阵之中,毗摩塞那斩杀了基尔弥罗(Kirmīra)。又说弗利什尼族(Vṛṣṇi)与般遮罗人(Pāñcāla)悉数前来投奔般度五子(Pāṇḍava),而般度五子与众人一一交谈——昭示盟友汇聚、正法之助日益坚固,以迎对将临的纷争。
