दुर्योधनादय: सर्वे ब्राह्म॒णैः सह संगता: । मृदुपूर्वमयत्नेन प्रत्ययुध्यंस्तदाहवे
duryodhanādayaḥ sarve brāhmaṇaiḥ saha saṅgatāḥ | mṛdupūrvam ayatnena pratyayudhyanta tadāhave ||
毗舍波耶那说道：于是，难敌与众人同婆罗门们聚集一处，在那战场上开始相互应战；他们出手温和，不甚用力——更像一场克制而近乎嬉戏的较量，而非残酷的厮杀。
