तस्याथ कामधुग् धेनुर्वसिष्ठस्थ महात्मन: । उक्ता कामान् प्रयच्छेति सा कामान् दुह्मुते सदा,महात्मा वसिष्ठजीके यहाँ एक कामधेनु थी, जो “अमुक-अमुक मनोरथोंको पूर्ण करो' यह कहने-पर सदा उन-उन कामनाओं को पूर्ण कर दिया करती थी
tasyātha kāmadhug dhenur vasiṣṭhasya mahātmanaḥ | uktā kāmān prayaccheti sā kāmān duhmute sadā ||
其后，在大心的婆悉吒处，有一头如意之牛——迦摩杜克（Kāmadhuk）。只要吩咐她：“赐予这些所愿吧”，她便不断涌出——如乳之流——凡所求之物。此段彰显苦行功德所伴随的非常之力，也提示拥有丰饶者所负的责任。
