वैशम्पायन उवाच नच्छुत्वा तापसवच: पाण्ड्श्विन्तापरो3भवत्‌,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! तपस्वी मुनियोंका यह वचन सुनकर राजा पाण्डु बड़े सोच-विचारमें पड़ गये

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | na śrutvā tāpasavacaḥ pāṇḍuḥ cintāparo 'bhavat |

Translation

毗湿摩耶那说道：“噢，阇那美阇耶！般度王听闻诸苦行仙人的言辞之后，便沉入忧惧的思虑之中——反复权衡此事，心怀沉重，只为寻得应行之正道。”
