Shloka 193

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

हुत्वा दशसहस्रं तु निरोगी मनुजो भवेत् नित्यमष्टशतं जप्त्वा पिबेद् अम्भो ऽर्कसन्निधौ

hutvā daśasahasraṃ tu nirogī manujo bhavet nityamaṣṭaśataṃ japtvā pibed ambho 'rkasannidhau

献供一万次,则其人无病。又当每日持诵八百遍,并在阿尔迦(太阳)前饮水——由此持诵与供火之戒行,使被缚之魂(paśu)安住清净,堪受湿婆之恩,令绳索(pāśa)得以松解。
