同样地,亲近真正的阿阇梨(ācārya),便能正当地分受彼法之果;如同黄金因触火而脱去杂垢。
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It teaches that Linga-puja bears stable fruit when guided by an ācārya; the devotee becomes fit to receive Dharma’s results because the guru’s company refines conduct and intention, like fire refining gold.
Shiva as Pati is implied as the purifier and bestower of Dharma-phala; the ācārya functions as Shiva’s channel, removing mala (impurity) from the pashu so it can approach Shiva-tattva through right discipline.
Ācārya-saṅga—living guidance, initiation-oriented discipline, and correction of practice—central to Shaiva sadhana (including Pashupata-oriented observance) so that puja and yoga become purifying rather than merely external.
