अयने चार्धमासेन दक्षिणे चोत्तरायणे विषुवे चैव सम्पूज्य प्रयाति परमां गतिम्

ayane cārdhamāsena dakṣiṇe cottarāyaṇe viṣuve caiva sampūjya prayāti paramāṃ gatim

若于至日、半月之仪、太阳南行与北行之时,并于昼夜平分之日,皆如法礼敬供养湿婆者——必得至上归趣(paramā gati),在主宰帕提之庇护下证得最高解脱。
