Adhyaya 63: Daksha’s Progeny, Kashyapa’s Offspring, and the Rishi-Vamshas that Sustain the Worlds

शाण्डिल्यानां वरः श्रीमान् देवलः सुमहातपाः शाण्डिल्या नैध्रुवा रैभ्यास् त्रयः पक्षास्तु काश्यपाः

śāṇḍilyānāṃ varaḥ śrīmān devalaḥ sumahātapāḥ śāṇḍilyā naidhruvā raibhyās trayaḥ pakṣāstu kāśyapāḥ

在诸沙恩迪利耶(Śāṇḍilya)之中,光辉的德瓦拉(Devala)以大苦行而为最胜。沙恩迪利耶、奈德鲁瓦与赖毗耶,被称为三支(pakṣa),皆属迦叶波(Kāśyapa)之族系。
