अक्षः सहैकचक्रेण भ्रमते ऽसौ ध्रुवेरितः प्रेरको ज्योतिषां धीमान् ध्रुवो वै वातरश्मिभिः

Transliteration

akṣaḥ sahaikacakreṇa bhramate 'sau dhruveritaḥ prerako jyotiṣāṃ dhīmān dhruvo vai vātaraśmibhiḥ

Translation

在德鲁瓦（Dhruva，北极星）的驱使下，那轴与单轮同转。睿智的德鲁瓦以如风之光芒为力，成为推动诸天光曜运转的发动者——显明主宰（Pati）所安立的宇宙秩序，一切有情之兽（pashu）皆在其统摄下运行。
