धातार्यमाथ मित्रश् च वरुणश्चेन्द्र एव च विवस्वांश्चैव पूषा च पर्जन्यो ऽंशुर् भगस् तथा
dhātāryamātha mitraś ca varuṇaścendra eva ca vivasvāṃścaiva pūṣā ca parjanyo 'ṃśur bhagas tathā
达特利(Dhātṛ)与阿利耶曼(Aryaman),密特拉(Mitra)与伐楼那(Varuṇa),以及因陀罗(Indra);又有毗婆斯梵(Vivasvān)、普善(Pūṣan)、波阇尼耶(Parjanya)、阿ṃ舒(Aṃśu)与婆伽(Bhaga)——此等神圣威能维系宇宙之秩序。

It situates Linga worship within Vedic cosmology: the Aditya-powers that uphold ṛta are acknowledged as subordinate functions within Shiva’s all-pervading lordship (Pati), supporting a complete, order-centered approach to Mahadeva’s puja.
By enumerating cosmic governors (Adityas/Devas), the verse implies their roles are limited offices within the manifested order, while Shiva-tattva is the transcendent Pati who empowers and regulates these functions without being bound by them.
A Vedic-style devatā-smaraṇa (invocatory remembrance) that can be integrated into Shiva-puja as aṅga-nyāsa/saṅkalpa support—recognizing cosmic forces while centering the rite on the Linga as the supreme focus.
