भुवनकोशविन्यासनिर्णयः (ज्योतिर्गति-वृष्टिचक्र-वर्णनम्)

ईशान्यां पूर्वरात्रस्तु गतिरेषा च सर्वतः एवं पुष्करमध्ये तु यदा सर्पति वारिपः

Transliteration

īśānyāṃ pūrvarātrastu gatireṣā ca sarvataḥ evaṃ puṣkaramadhye tu yadā sarpati vāripaḥ

Translation

在伊沙那（东北）方位，据说其运行归于夜之初更；此种运动确为诸方所共知。于是，在普什迦罗之中，当尊贵之水滑行流转向前，这便是所立之法度。
