मत्कृतेन च वर्णेन संकल्पः कृष्ण उच्यते तत्राहं कालसंकाशः कालो लोकप्रकालकः

Transliteration

matkṛtena ca varṇena saṃkalpaḥ kṛṣṇa ucyate tatrāhaṃ kālasaṃkāśaḥ kālo lokaprakālakaḥ

Translation

由我所发之音节与声相，决断之意被称为“黑（Kṛṣṇa）”。于彼处，我形如时；我即是时（Kāla），为诸界之裁定者，衡量并驱使万世前行。
