因他迈步时足下猛然踏击之力,大海疾速翻涌,甚至海中安息之水亦被抛向广阔长空。由此显现至上主宰(Pati)不可抗拒的威德:诸元素在其前皆随之而动。
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It establishes Shiva as Pati—the supreme controller whose mere movement shakes the cosmos—supporting Linga worship as devotion to the transcendent Lord beyond all elements.
Shiva-tattva is shown as irresistible divine potency: even inert waters cannot remain at rest when stirred by His will, indicating His lordship over prakriti and the bhutas.
The implied practice is Pashupata-oriented contemplation: meditate on Shiva as Pati who loosens pasha (bondage) by revealing the soul’s dependence on His power, strengthening vairagya and one-pointed bhakti.
