अघोरस्य प्रादुर्भावः कुमारकचतुष्टयं च योगमार्गः

那位尊贵者安住于调息(prāṇāyāma),将大自在天(Maheśvara)安置于心中;以与禅观相应之心,归依并全然投向那位主宰(Pati)。
