रेचकः पूरकश्चैव प्राणायामो ऽथ कुम्भकः / प्रोच्यते सर्वशास्त्रेषु योगिभिर्यतमानसैः
recakaḥ pūrakaścaiva prāṇāyāmo 'tha kumbhakaḥ / procyate sarvaśāstreṣu yogibhiryatamānasaiḥ
