स्थितानि तान्यसाध्यानि याप्यन्ते ऽग्निबलादिभिः / द्वन्द्वजानि द्वितीयायां वला यान्याश्रितानि च

sthitāni tānyasādhyāni yāpyante 'gnibalādibhiḥ / dvandvajāni dvitīyāyāṃ valā yānyāśritāni ca

凡已成定势之疾,实为不治;唯可凭增益阿耆尼(agni,消化之火)与生命之力等法而姑息。又如由身中二对(相对之性)所生之病,依止于伐罗(valā)第二层者,以及潜伏于诸脉道/组织(valā)者,亦皆同类。
