Brahmā’s Prayers to Lord Nārāyaṇa and the Lord’s Empowering Instructions for Creation

遵循我的指示,凭你圆满的吠陀智慧之力,并凭你从我——万因之因——直接领受的身躯,如先前一般创造众生,亦包括依我而住者。
It explains that the Lord empowers Brahmā to recreate beings “as before,” including those living entities who remain latent within the Supreme during dissolution.
Because Brahmā is the secondary creator in the universe; after receiving the Lord’s vision and guidance, he is instructed to resume the cosmic creation according to the prior arrangement.
It teaches dependence on divine empowerment: like Brahmā, one should act in one’s duties with humility, seeking the Lord’s guidance and aligning actions with śāstra (Vedic wisdom).
