Transliteration

gudaṁ puṁso vinirbhinnaṁ mitro lokeśa āviśat pāyunāṁśena yenāsau visargaṁ pratipadyate

Translation

当排泄之道（肛门）分离显现时，世间主神密多罗进入其中，安住其位；凭借排泄机能的一分，众生得以排出粪与尿。
