अहंतत्त्वाद्विकुर्वाणान्मनो वैकारिकादभूत् । वैकारिकाश्च ये देवा अर्थाभिव्यञ्जनं यत: ॥ ३० ॥

Transliteration

ahaṁ-tattvād vikurvāṇān mano vaikārikād abhūt vaikārikāś ca ye devā arthābhivyañjanaṁ yataḥ

Translation

当假我与善性（sattva）相应而变时，便生出“心”（manas），即所谓“毗迦利迦”之心。凡掌管现象界、令诸境显现的诸天，也同样出自这一毗迦利迦原理。
