आत्मानं परमं ध्यायेद् ध्येयं षट्‍‌शक्तिभिर्युतम् । विद्यातेजस्तपोमूर्तिमिमं मन्त्रमुदाहरेत् ॥ ११ ॥

Transliteration

ātmānaṁ paramaṁ dhyāyed dhyeyaṁ ṣaṭ-śaktibhir yutam vidyā-tejas-tapo-mūrtim imaṁ mantram udāharet

Translation

诵念既毕，应观自身在品性上与至上人格主（Paramapuruṣa）相应相契；彼具足六种圆满威德，堪为所观。了知祂为圣智、神辉与苦行之化身，继而诵此护身祈祷——奉献于主那罗延的《那罗延护甲》（Nārāyaṇa-kavaca）。
