Soma Pacifies the Pracetās; Dakṣa’s Haṁsa-guhya Prayers; Hari Grants Creative Power
taṁ tathāvanataṁ bhaktaṁ prajā-kāmaṁ prajāpatim citta-jñaḥ sarva-bhūtānām idam āha janārdanaḥ
This verse calls the Lord “cittajñaḥ sarva-bhūtānām,” affirming that Bhagavān knows the inner intentions of all beings and responds accordingly.
Dakṣa approached in humility and devotion with the desire for progeny; seeing his surrendered mood and purpose, the Lord addressed him with guidance.
Approach God and duty with sincerity and humility—when intentions are purified through devotion, one becomes fit to receive clear guidance and strength to act rightly.
