एतेन पूजाविधिना मासान् द्वादश हायनम् । नीत्वाथोपरमेत्साध्वी कार्तिके चरमेऽहनि ॥ २१ ॥

Transliteration

etena pūjā-vidhinā māsān dvādaśa hāyanam nītvāthoparamet sādhvī kārtike carame ’hani

Translation

以此礼拜之法，贞洁的妻子应连续奉行十二个月，即满一年。待一年期满，于迦尔提迦月的满月之日应守斋禁食，以作终结。
