श्रीसूत उवाच परीक्षितोऽथ सम्प्रश्नं भगवान् बादरायणि: । निशम्य श्रद्दधानस्य प्रतिनन्द्य वचोऽब्रवीत् ॥ ८ ॥
śrī-sūta uvāca parīkṣito ’tha sampraśnaṁ bhagavān bādarāyaṇiḥ niśamya śraddadhānasya pratinandya vaco ’bravīt
室利苏多说：听到帕利克希特王睿智的提问后，巴达罗衍尼·舒迦提婆大圣者赞许这位具信心弟子的言辞，并以慈爱开始作答。
