kālopapannāṁ rucirāṁ manasvināṁ jagāda vācaṁ puruṣa-pravīraḥ he vipracitte namuce puloman mayānarvañ chambara me śṛṇudhvam
Vṛtrāsura addresses prominent daitya leaders by name, calling them to listen as he prepares to speak timely, inspiring words in the midst of the battle narrative.
He is summoning key demon commanders/allies to hear his instruction and encouragement, indicating organized leadership and rallying before decisive action.
Even in intense situations, effective guidance is timely, clear, and encouraging—leadership requires addressing the right people directly and speaking in a way that strengthens resolve.
