छन्दांस्यधीयीत गुरोराहूतश्चेत् सुयन्त्रित: । उपक्रमेऽवसाने च चरणौ शिरसा नमेत् ॥ ३ ॥

当灵性上师召唤时，弟子应自律，日日诵习吠陀圣咒。于学习之始与终，皆当俯首顶礼上师莲足，以示恭敬。
