The Disappearance of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa and the Aftermath in Dvārakā
strī-bāla-vṛddhān ādāya hata-śeṣān dhanañjayaḥ indraprasthaṁ samāveśya vajraṁ tatrābhyaṣecayat
This verse shows Arjuna gathering and safeguarding the vulnerable survivors, illustrating dharma: the strong must protect dependents, especially in times of collapse and violence.
After the Yadu dynasty’s destruction, Arjuna ensured the survivors had shelter and stable governance; he relocated them to Indraprastha and formally enthroned Vajra to preserve order and continuity.
In crises, prioritize the protection and rehabilitation of the vulnerable, and rebuild stability through responsible leadership and lawful succession rather than chaos or revenge.
