Transliteration

yaḥ sva-dattāṁ parair dattāṁ hareta sura-viprayoḥ vṛttiṁ sa jāyate viḍ-bhug varṣāṇām ayutāyutam

Translation

凡盗取天神或婆罗门之财物——无论原先是自己所施或他人所施——来世必作粪中之虫，历经一亿年。
